DESCRIPTION

The TISP4080H3BJR-S is a bidirectional thyristor overvoltage protector designed to safeguard telecommunication equipment from transient overvoltages. It features a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 65 V and a breakover voltage (V(BO)) of 80 V. Key characteristics include a holding current of 150 mA and a low off-state capacitance of 120 pF at a -2 V bias. Housed in a surface-mount SMB (DO-214AA) package, this device is ideal for protecting central office, access, and customer premise equipment.
