DESCRIPTION

The 20783 is a B-486B thermal transfer printable, metallized polyester label stock designed for high-quality rating and serial plates. This material features a matte, light gray finish and a permanent rubber-based adhesive, providing high adhesion to textured metals, powder-coated surfaces, and low surface energy plastics. With a total thickness of 0.0056 inches, it is engineered to withstand a wide service temperature range from -40°F to 248°F (-40°C to 120°C). The B-486B is also resistant to numerous solvents, UV light, humidity, and abrasion, ensuring print legibility. It is ideal for applications requiring durable, nameplate-quality labels with barcodes, logos, and alphanumeric text.
