DESCRIPTION

3PS-187-2-WT is a Brady B-342 PermaSleeve marker made from irradiated polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 3:1 shrink ratio, designed for wire identification and insulation purposes. This 3/16" marker size accommodates wire diameters ranging from 0.062 to 0.150 inches (1.57 to 3.81 mm) and operates within a temperature range of -55°C (-67°F) to +135°C (+275°F). The marker is qualified to SAE AS23053/5 (Class 4) and meets mark permanence requirements of AS-81531 and AS-5942 when printed with compatible Brady thermal transfer ribbons. It features a minimum recovery temperature of 150°C (302°F), dielectric strength of 500 volts/mil minimum, and is self-extinguishing within 60 seconds per ASTM D2671. This marker is ideal for applications requiring durable wire identification with excellent resistance to solvents, humidity, UV light, and weathering.
