DESCRIPTION

The 11217 is a PermaSleeve® PS Heat-Shrink Polyolefin (B-342) wire marking sleeve used for creating durable identification on cables and wires. It features a 3:1 shrink ratio and is supplied with a 0.25-inch diameter, shrinking to a recovered diameter of 0.094 inches to fit snugly on wires from 16 AWG to 8 AWG. Constructed from a flame-retardant polyolefin material, it operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C. The material is fade-resistant, smudge-proof, and designed for single-side thermal transfer printing. These sleeves provide both insulation and permanent marking for cable and wire applications, meeting SAE, MIL-STD-202, and UL recognition standards.
