DESCRIPTION

THT-17-435-3 is a Brady B-435 thermal transfer printable gloss metallized polyester label stock designed for rating plate and general purpose labeling applications. The material features a total thickness of 0.0020 inch (0.0508 mm) substrate with 0.0007 inch (0.0165 mm) adhesive layer, providing a combined thickness of 0.0027 inch (0.0673 mm). It exhibits strong adhesion to stainless steel with 84 oz/in (92 N/100 mm) at 24 hour dwell, excellent tensile strength of 40 lbs/in (698 N/100 mm) in machine direction and 49 lbs/in (858 N/100 mm) in cross direction, and maintains performance across extreme temperatures from -40°F (-40°C) to 194°F (90°C) with no visible effects. The label stock demonstrates superior abrasion resistance with print legibility up to 100 cycles when used with Brady Series R6000 Halogen Free ribbon, and is UL Recognized and CSA Accepted for use in demanding industrial environments requiring durable, chemically resistant labeling solutions.
