DESCRIPTION

The THT-5-718-10 is a glossy white polyimide label stock engineered for thermal transfer printing in electronics manufacturing. It is constructed from a 1 mil polyimide film with a static dissipative permanent acrylic adhesive, resulting in a low total thickness of 0.084 mm. The adhesive features a surface resistivity of 5.9 x 10^7 ohms/sq, making it suitable for ESD-sensitive environments. This label is designed to withstand harsh conditions, including short-term high service temperatures up to 300°C and low service temperatures down to -70°C. As a UL Recognized and MIL-STD-202G compliant material, it is ideal for reliable identification on printed circuit boards that undergo multiple harsh wash cycles.
