DESCRIPTION

The 2BL62-73 is a double pole, on-none-on heavy action toggle switch from the 110/216-Series designed for reliable switching in compact applications. It features a bat-style toggle actuator with 0.687 inch toggle length and 0.46555 inch bushing length, rated for 3A at 250V or 6A at 125V AC/DC operation. The switch incorporates a quick make/quick break contact mechanism with 25,000 electrical cycles and 100,000 mechanical cycles of rated life, along with 1000V dielectric strength (UL/CSA) between live and dead metal parts. Operating temperature range spans 0°F to 150°F (-17.8°C to +65.6°C), and the metal construction provides durability for demanding environments. This switch is commonly used in small appliances, floor maintenance equipment, and lighting control systems where reliable, compact switching is required.
