DESCRIPTION
SIP125P1664 is a Static-Free Mat & Benchtop Reconditioner supplied as 125 pre-saturated wipes in a pull-up tub, engineered to maintain S20.20 compliance in ESD-sensitive environments. The product penetrates and lifts light oils, fingerprints, and flux residues from surfaces while providing static dissipative protection and rejuvenating ESD mats. It delivers long-lasting dissipative protection for 30 days or more depending on use, meets the static decay criteria of MIL-B-891705C, and remains effective at low relative humidity below 15%. The formulation is chloride and amine free, noncorrosive, and nonflammable, making it safe for use on most fabrics, plastics, and water-compatible surfaces. Typical applications include benchtops, production and assembly surfaces, static dissipative mats, storage cabinets, and grounding devices in electronics manufacturing and assembly environments.
