DESCRIPTION

EC3A27HM is a 3-watt isolated DC-DC converter designed for applications requiring regulated low-voltage output from higher input voltages. It accepts an input voltage range of 18-36 VDC and provides a regulated 3.3 VDC output at up to 600 mA, with an efficiency of 74% at full load. The converter features a 24-pin DIP package with Pi input filter, continuous short-circuit protection, and isolation voltage of 1.5 kVDC (HM suffix rating). It operates over an ambient temperature range of -25°C to +71°C with natural convection cooling and meets UL60950-1 and IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 safety standards. This device is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and embedded systems requiring isolated power conversion with wide input voltage tolerance.
