DESCRIPTION

The HBT254PH01K310W is a complete heatsink kit for effective thermal management of Half-Brick packages. This kit features the HBT254 heatsink, constructed from black anodized AL6063 aluminum, with transverse fins and a height of 25.4 mm. It provides a thermal resistance of 3.0 °C/W under natural convection, which improves to as low as 0.95 °C/W with 400 LFM of airflow. The kit is supplied with a PH01 thermal pad and a K310W mounting hardware set, which includes four M3x10mm screws with spring washers. This solution is ideal for applications requiring efficient heat dissipation from DC/DC converters to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
