DESCRIPTION
3132-18-1-0500-004-1-TS is a UL3132-certified silicone rubber wire designed for high-temperature applications requiring flexibility and electrical performance. The wire features tinned copper strands (34/0.18mm) with a soft silicone rubber insulation, providing an overall diameter of 2.00mm ± 0.10mm and insulation thickness of 0.39mm. It is rated for continuous operation at 150°C with a maximum voltage of 300V, and maintains performance across a temperature range of 150°C to -30°C, with an insulation dielectric strength of 2000 VAC/min and maximum conductor resistance of 24.4O/km. The wire exhibits excellent resistance to oil, extreme temperatures, and flexing, making it ideal for sealed cooking appliances, lighting equipment, internal combustion engines, and mercury switches where high temperature resistance and flexibility in confined spaces are essential.
