DESCRIPTION

The DGH105Q2R7 is a 1.0 F supercapacitor module rated at 2.7 VDC, designed for high-power pulse applications requiring very fast charge/discharge cycles and low equivalent series resistance. This device features a maximum pulse current of 0.96 A (1 second pulse), continuous current capability of 0.60 A at 15°C, and a DC ESR of 400 mO, enabling efficient energy delivery in demanding transient applications. The module stores a maximum energy of 1.01 mJ and delivers a power density of 3.1 kW/L, making it ideal for battery backup systems, pulse power delivery, energy harvesting, LED displays, mechanical actuators, and audio systems. Operating across -40°C to +85°C with a 1500-hour lifetime at rated conditions and RoHS compliance, the DGH105Q2R7 combines high reliability with compact form factor for integration into space-constrained applications.
