DESCRIPTION

The 3186FE213U040BHA2 is a Type 3186 screw-terminal aluminum electrolytic capacitor designed for applications requiring high capacitance. It provides a capacitance of 21,000 µF with a tolerance of -10% to +75% and is rated for 40 Vdc with a surge voltage of 50 Vdc. This component is housed in a 2.500" x 4.125" (FE case) can with low post terminals and is rated for operation up to 85 °C. The Type 3186 series offers high ripple current capability and a long endurance life of 1,500 hours at full load at 85 °C, making it suitable for power supply filtering, energy storage, and other demanding industrial applications.
