DESCRIPTION

MMWA6P1K-F is a Type MMWA metallized polyester film capacitor with axial leads designed for high-voltage applications. It features a capacitance of 0.1 µF with ±10% tolerance and is rated for 600 Vdc operation, incorporating compact non-inductive extended windings with epoxy end seals for excellent moisture resistance and capacitance stability. The metallized polyester dielectric provides self-healing characteristics that help prevent permanent shorting due to high voltage transients. With a dissipation factor of 0.75% maximum at 25°C and 1 kHz, and an insulation resistance of 10,000 MO × µF (minimum 30,000 MO), this capacitor is well-suited for demanding applications requiring high voltage and reliability, such as power supplies, filtering circuits, and industrial equipment.
