DESCRIPTION

E1012-8337 is a Cam-Lok F-Series single pole female plug designed for reliable industrial power connectivity applications. This single set screw connection plug accommodates 2/0-4/0 AWG cable sizes and features a black watertight elastomeric insulator made from TPE material. The connector utilizes a double cam principle providing a positive, vibration-proof connection with locked contacts capable of withstanding a pulling force of 1,000 lbs. The high conductivity brass contacts are carefully machined for smooth sliding fit and easy locking action, with 1/3 of a turn providing high pressure contact approaching 600 lbs. per sq. in. for minimum resistance. Rated for up to 315A continuous and 550A intermittent current at 120V AC with NEMA 3R protection, this connector is ideal for motors, generators, lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power applications.
