DESCRIPTION

E1016-31 is a Cam-Lok J-Series crimp vulcanized male plug designed for single pole power connectivity applications. This black-colored plug is rated for 600V AC/DC with up to 400A continuous duty and accommodates cable sizes 3/0-4/0. It features a double cam principle providing vibration-proof connections, with locked contacts capable of withstanding a pulling force of 1,000 lbs. The watertight neoprene insulators are molded from colorfast material for phase identification, and recessed contacts are protected by an insulating jacket extending beyond contact ends for safety. Common applications include motors, generators, indoor and outdoor lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power systems.
