DESCRIPTION

E1017-509 is a Cam-Lok J-Series single pole female receptacle with integrated interlock switch designed for industrial power connectivity applications. This black-colored receptacle features a 90° angle style configuration and is rated for cable sizes from 350-750 MCM with a maximum voltage of 480V. The connector utilizes a double cam principle providing a positive, vibration-proof connection that is self-compensating for wear, with locked contacts capable of withstanding a pulling force of 1,000 lbs. The watertight rubber body is molded from colorfast material for easy phase identification, while recessed contacts are protected by an insulating jacket extending beyond contact ends for safety. Common applications include motors, generators, indoor and outdoor lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power systems where reliable single pole connectivity is required.
