DESCRIPTION
E1018-1602 is a Cam-Lok Standard Series single pole male insulated receptacle designed for reliable industrial power connectivity. It features a 3/4" (19.1mm) threaded stud with 1/2"-13 stud size and maximum torque rating of 40 ft. lbs., with contacts machined from high conductivity brass for smooth sliding fit and easy locking action. The watertight elastomeric body is molded from colorfast material in red for easy phase identification, with recessed contacts protected by an insulating jacket extending beyond contact ends for safety. Rated for 600V AC/DC and up to 400A continuous with NEMA 3R protection, the receptacle operates in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. Locked contacts withstand a pulling force of 1,000 lbs., and 1/3 of a turn assures high pressure contact approaching 600 lbs. per sq. in. for minimum resistance. Ideal for motors, generators, lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power applications.
