DESCRIPTION

The 81521501 is a pneumatic logic element that performs combined OR and AND functions for pneumatic control circuits. It delivers an output signal at normal industrial pressure when input signals meet the specified logic conditions, with hysteresis of 20% of pilot pressure for stable operation. The device features push-in connections for semi-rigid tubing (Ø 4 mm per NFE 49100 standard), operates across a temperature range of -5°C to +50°C, and is available in ATEX-certified versions for use in potentially explosive atmospheres per EC Directive 94/9/EC. With a mechanical life exceeding 10 million operations and a flow capacity of 170 Nl/min at 6 bars, this logic element is ideal for automated machinery, industrial control systems, and safety-critical applications requiring reliable pneumatic signal processing.
