DESCRIPTION

The 89831006 is a brushless motor with integrated electronics specifically designed for access control systems in public transportation applications. It features autonomous torque, speed, and position control with application-specific firmware including an integrated emergency mode, a rotor with leak-tight seal, and a reinforced gearbox for enhanced durability. The motor incorporates CANopen communication capability and is engineered with high resistance against vandalism. With a nominal power range of 55–104 W, voltage range of 12–120 V, and nominal torque of 180–290 mNm at 3000 rpm, this motor delivers reliable performance in demanding access control scenarios. Its compact design with a Ø63 mm front side and 5000-hour service life make it ideal for automated door systems, turnstiles, and security barriers in transit environments.
