DESCRIPTION

13-8171 is a security locking bracket key designed for rotary keylock switches in security applications. This key is part of the accessory lineup for keylock switches and is specifically used with security tumbler type rotary keylock brackets that provide a simple method of converting single- and two-pole toggle switches for use with two- or three-position switches. The key is manufactured from brass material and is supplied as part of the mounting hardware package, which includes a hexagon locknut and bright chrome plated dress nut. The bracket features a 7/8 inch diameter bushing with 24 threads per inch, and the lock barrel and dress nut are chrome plated brass for durability. This security locking solution is ideal for applications requiring controlled access to electrical switches and equipment in commercial and industrial environments.
