DESCRIPTION

The CWN-LK-S is a header connector from the CWN series designed for reliable electronic interconnections. It is constructed with phosphor bronze contacts and a blue, UL 94V-0 flame retardant thermoplastic insulator. The contacts feature a standard plating of 30µ inches of gold over 50µ inches of nickel in the mating area. Key electrical characteristics include a current rating of 1A per contact, a dielectric withstand voltage greater than 500 Vdc, and an insulation resistance of over 5 x 10^9 ohms. The connector is rated for a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and is approved under Mil-DTL-83503/20 and /21, making it suitable for high-reliability applications.
