DESCRIPTION
LLF59Y100JC is a vertical fast lift float switch designed for detecting very low liquid levels in applications requiring high sensitivity. The switch features a Nylon stem with a large diameter Buna float, enabling operation in liquids with specific gravity as low as 0.45, and can detect liquid levels as low as 6 mm. It operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +75°C (-4°F to +167°F) with a minimum fluid specific gravity of 0.45, a must-close level of 10 mm, and a must-open level of 12 mm at SG=1. Electrically, the switch provides make-on-rise contact action with a maximum switching power of 25 VA, maximum AC voltage of 240 V, maximum DC voltage of 120 V, and maximum switching current of 0.6 A. The unit includes 100 cm of 2-core PVC leadout (7/0.2 gauge), a Nitrile gasket, and UL approval, making it ideal for drip tanks, hatch alarms, and other applications requiring highly sensitive liquid detection.
