DESCRIPTION

SKU 1140 is an injection-molded phenolic knob designed for rotary control and adjustment applications. The knob features a black phenolic construction with a 1/4 inch diameter internal threaded bushing (H.H. brass, pressed-in insert) and is secured with an M3 x 0.5 mm cup-pointed slotted set screw. Key dimensional specifications include outer diameters of 19/32 inch, 31/64 inch, and 15/32 inch, with a 23/64 inch diameter molded counterbore and a 1/16 inch wide groove with white paint fill. The design incorporates precision tolerances (decimals ±0.005 inch for three-place values and ±0.015 inch for two-place values) and is suitable for control panels, instrumentation, and equipment requiring reliable rotary adjustment mechanisms.
