DESCRIPTION

The DRL-24V480W1AA is a LYTE series DIN rail power supply designed to deliver 480 W of regulated 24 VDC output from a universal 100-240 VAC input. It features a built-in constant current circuit suitable for inductive and capacitive load applications, with up to 88% efficiency at 230 VAC and full power operation from -20°C to +50°C at 230 VAC. The unit incorporates comprehensive protection mechanisms including overvoltage (28.4–35.2 V latch mode), overcurrent (109–130% continuous), over-temperature (latch mode), and short-circuit protection (hiccup mode with auto-recovery). With a compact form factor of 123.6 × 85.5 × 128.5 mm, conformal coating for environmental protection, and compliance with IEC/EN/UL 60950-1 and IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 safety standards, this power supply is well-suited for industrial control equipment, automation systems, and cost-sensitive applications requiring reliable DC power distribution.
