DESCRIPTION

The 53736-82 is a two-position linear solenoid with D-frame construction designed for 24 VDC continuous duty applications. It features a coil resistance of 73.9 ohms and delivers a holding force of 61 ounces at 100% voltage and 25°C, with force output varying across the stroke from 61 oz at 0.000" to 2 oz at 0.750". The solenoid incorporates a plastic plunger guide with a 0.3125" diameter plunger, encapsulated coil construction, and .187" quick connect terminals for standard installation. With a compact D-frame size of 1.851" (L) × 0.938" (W) × 1.319" (H), mounting via four #6-32 UNC-2B holes, and a rated life expectancy of 250,000 cycles, this solenoid is well-suited for industrial control systems, automation equipment, and valve actuation applications requiring reliable linear motion.
