DESCRIPTION

The 13245 is a 6 x 10 inch STATSHIELD® ESD shielding bag with a metal-out construction and a zipper for securely storing and transporting static-sensitive devices. It has a total thickness of 3.0 to 3.1 mils, comprising a polyester layer, an aluminum shielding layer, and an inner polyethylene layer. The bag provides static shielding of less than 20 nJ, an outer surface resistance of <10E8 ohms, and an inner surface resistance of <10E11 ohms, meeting MIL-PRF-81705D, Type III requirements. This low-charging, non-corrosive bag is ideal for packaging ESD-susceptible items for transport and storage outside of an Electrostatic Protected Area.
