DESCRIPTION

515-1303-06-00F is a vertical panel mount domed OPTOPIPE light pipe designed to direct light from surface mount LEDs to front panel indicators. This precision-molded component features a 3mm diameter output with a domed lens style optimized for wide viewing angles, and is constructed from RoHS-compliant UL94-V0 water-clear polycarbonate with an oxygen index of 35%. The light pipe has a 0.600 inch (15.24 mm) length dimension and operates reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C. It is secured to the front panel via a press-fit mounting mechanism with a 0.115 inch mounting hole, making installation straightforward and cost-effective for bringing LED indication to front panels where the PCB is parallel to the panel surface.
