DESCRIPTION

The 598-8091-107F is a blue MicroLED SMD LED from Dialight's 598 Series, designed in a compact 0603 package measuring 1.6 mm × 0.8 mm × 0.7 mm. This single-color LED features InGaN material technology with a dominant wavelength range of 465–475 nm and delivers luminous intensity from 90 to 260 mcd at typical forward current. The device operates with a forward voltage of 2.8–3.5 V (typical 3.2 V) and includes a thermal resistance of 450 °C/W with a reverse current intensity of 10 µA maximum. Packaged on 8 mm tape in 7-inch reels containing 4000 pieces per reel, it meets EIA-481-1 packaging standards and is RoHS compliant. The LED is compatible with automatic placement equipment and supports both reflow soldering (peak temperature 260 °C) and hand soldering (300 °C maximum), making it ideal for high-volume production of indicator lights, status displays, and backlighting applications.
