DESCRIPTION

598-8120-107F is a red-orange MicroLED SMD LED in 0805 package designed for automatic placement and surface-mount assembly. The device measures 2.0 mm × 1.25 mm × 0.7 mm and features a dominant wavelength of 620–630 nm with a typical forward voltage of 2.1 V at 20 mA forward current. It offers a viewing angle of 140° and thermal resistance of 450 °C/W, with a maximum reverse current of 10 µA. The LED is RoHS compliant, packaged on 8 mm tape in 7" reels with 4000 pieces per reel, and meets EIA-481-1 packaging standards. It is suitable for indicator applications, status displays, and general-purpose signaling in consumer electronics and industrial equipment.
