DESCRIPTION

DEB-B120MB1S is a 12.0 GHz surface mount bandpass filter designed for high-frequency RF and microwave applications. The filter features a fully shielded ceramic component with low-loss, temperature-stable materials that provide minimal performance variation over temperature. Key electrical specifications include insertion loss of 2.0 dB typical (3.0 dB maximum) across the 11.5–12.5 GHz passband, return loss of 14.0 dB typical, and low-side rejection of 45.0 dB typical from DC to 10.6 GHz, with high-side rejection of 45.0 dB typical from 13.2–19.5 GHz. The component operates reliably from -55°C to +125°C with a maximum CW input power rating of 5 W and thermal resistance of 15°C/W. Its compact surface mount package measures 0.525 × 0.225 × 0.103 inches (13.34 × 5.72 × 2.62 mm) with MSL1 moisture sensitivity, making it ideal for drop-in solutions in communications, radar, and satellite systems requiring highly repeatable bandpass filtering performance.
