DESCRIPTION

The P1000D is a standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Diotec Semiconductor, designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200 V and a surge peak reverse voltage (VRSM) of 200 V, with a maximum average forward rectified current of 10 A at 50°C. The diode exhibits a forward voltage drop of less than 0.9 V at 5 A and less than 1.05 V at 10 A, with a reverse recovery time of approximately 1500 ns and a junction temperature range of -50°C to +175°C. Its compact package (Ø 8 × 7.5 mm) is smaller than industry standard, and it supports high forward surge currents of 400 A (50 Hz) or 450 A (60 Hz), making it suitable for demanding rectification and protection circuits in commercial-grade applications.
