DESCRIPTION

The ANN-500 is a very fast-acting fuse limiter designed for high-speed response to short-circuit currents in electrical systems. It is rated for 500A at 125Vac (or 80Vdc or less) with an interrupting rating of 2,500A ac and 2,700A dc, providing reliable overcurrent protection. The fuse features an open link element visible through a mica window for easy inspection, and stud mounts directly into Buss fuseblock 4164. With dimensions of 3.19" length and 0.88" diameter, it is UL recognized (Guide JFHR2, File E56412) and CSA component accepted for 500A dc applications. The ANN-500 is ideal for industrial power distribution, motor control circuits, and other applications requiring fast-acting overcurrent protection with high interrupting capacity.
