DESCRIPTION

The BK1/S505H-3.15-R is a 3.15 A time-delay fuse rated for 400 Vdc/600 Vac operation, designed to IEC 60127-2 Standard Sheet 5 specifications. It features a 5 mm × 20 mm ceramic tube with plated end cap construction and delivers a high breaking capacity of 1500 A at 400 Vac cold voltage and 1500 A at 250 Vac. The fuse exhibits a typical DC cold resistance of 100 O and a typical voltage drop of 121 mV at rated current, with a typical melting I²t of 43.55 A²s. Operating across a temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C with proper derating, this cartridge-version fuse is commonly used in power supplies, adapters, desktops, notebooks, televisions, set-top boxes, lighting ballasts, battery chargers, printers, game systems, and air conditioning units. It carries multiple agency approvals including cURus, CCC, PSE/JET, and KC certifications.
