DESCRIPTION
EC1100T-32.000M is a 5.0V 14-pin DIP metal thru-hole HCMOS/TTL oscillator designed for precision timing applications. The device operates at a nominal frequency of 32.000 MHz with a frequency tolerance and stability of ±100 ppm maximum, inclusive of calibration tolerance, temperature stability, supply voltage variation, output load changes, aging, shock, and vibration. It features a 50 ±5% duty cycle, operates over a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C, and provides CMOS output logic with a maximum input current of 55 mA and rise/fall times of 6 nSec maximum. The oscillator includes tri-state control capability, absolute clock jitter of ±100 pSec maximum, and a startup time of 10 mSec maximum, making it suitable for applications requiring stable clock generation in digital systems, telecommunications equipment, and industrial control systems.
