DESCRIPTION
The ECS-TXO-3225MV-100-TR is a MultiVolt HCMOS temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) designed for portable and wireless applications requiring high frequency stability. It operates across a wide supply voltage range of 1.7 to 3.6 VDC, making it compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V power supplies, and delivers a 10.000 MHz output frequency with exceptional stability of ±2.5 PPM over the operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The device features low current consumption of 6.0 mA maximum, fast rise and fall times of 5 ns, and a compact 3.2×2.5×1.2 mm ceramic package with a 3.2×2.5 mm footprint, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. Additional stability characteristics include ±0.3 PPM against supply voltage changes and load variations, ±1.0 PPM annual aging, and ±1.5 PPM frequency tolerance at +25°C. This RoHS-compliant oscillator is widely used in portable electronics, wireless communication systems, and other applications where precise timing and low power consumption are critical.
