DESCRIPTION
The 38M4010AA1212 is a flexible ferrite sheet designed for electromagnetic noise suppression and signal optimization in mobile devices and wireless systems. It features a 0.1 mm thick ferrite plate with material permeability of 120, bonded with 0.01 mm PET film on one side and 0.02 mm adhesive tape on the opposite side, resulting in a total thickness of 0.13 mm. The sheet measures 120 × 120 mm and is manufactured from NiZn material, which provides high volume and surface resistivity for effective EM noise blocking at lower frequencies and absorption at higher frequencies. The ferrite material is scored in a 2 mm × 2 mm rectangular grid, allowing the sheet to bend without impacting effectiveness. Common applications include improved performance of RFID/NFC antennas in smartphones, notebooks, and tablets; suppression of radiated noise on PCBs and ICs; wireless charging antenna systems; and effective shielding of antennas and RF circuits from reflections and eddy currents induced by metal surfaces.
