The 9677001165 is a 77-material bobbin ground core manufactured by Fair-Rite Products, designed to provide relatively low but stable inductance values for a wide range of applications. This bobbin features a uniform thermo-set plastic coating that can withstand a minimum breakdown voltage of 500V rms, with dimensional changes limited to a maximum of 0.5 mm (0.020"). The core exhibits an inductance factor (AL) of 17.5 nH ±10%, tested at 1 kHz with less than 10 gauss, and has a winding area (Aw) of 0.12 cm². The bobbin is particularly well-suited for power applications where stable inductance and voltage isolation are required, and it is RoHS compliant.
