DESCRIPTION
FTP-63GMCL153 is a compact 3-inch thermal printer mechanism designed for high-speed printing applications, delivering up to 200mm/s (1600 dot lines/s) using Fujitsu Components' unique head drive control technology. The printer features a thermal sensitive line dot method with 576 dots per line, 8 dots/mm resolution, and supports 80mm paper width with an effective printing area of 72mm. It is powered by 24VDC ±10% and includes a rear paper insertion mechanism with lock-type platen release for easy head maintenance and straight paper path. The compact dimensions of 96.2mm (width) × 20.4mm (depth) × 36.3mm (height) with a rugged die-cast frame provide excellent ESD performance and shock/vibration resistance. This printer mechanism is ideal for POS/ECR systems, kiosk terminals, ticket machines, label printers, banking machines, and medical equipment, offering reliable performance across operating temperatures from +5°C to +40°C.
