DESCRIPTION

The FLK-FEV100/TY1-KIT is an adapter kit for testing the safety and functionality of Level 1 and Level 2 AC electric vehicle charging stations (EVSEs) equipped with SAE J1772 Type 1 connectors. This kit simulates the presence of an electric vehicle, enabling technicians to perform a variety of tests in combination with the included Fluke 87V Industrial Multimeter. It supports critical safety checks such as a PE Pre-Test for dangerous voltage on the ground conductor, a GFCI trip test for ground fault protection, and CP state simulation to verify different charging states (A, B, C, D). The kit is essential for verifying correct EVSE operation after installation, during periodic maintenance, and for troubleshooting charging issues, ensuring safety and compliance with North American standards.
