DESCRIPTION

The 10-8106 is a zinc oxide-filled silicone heat sink grease, supplied in a 1 lb. can, designed for a wide range of thermal management applications. It features a thermal conductivity of 1.8 x 10^-3 CAL/SEC cm ºK and a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 205°C. This compound is formulated to not soften at elevated temperatures, dry out, or harden, ensuring stable and reliable performance. Meeting Mil. Spec. C-47113, it is suitable for most standard applications where efficient heat transfer from electronic components to heat sinks is required.
