DESCRIPTION

The G120D10 is a DC-input solid state relay designed for switching severe inductive loads with superior false turn-on immunity and positive turn-off at high dv/dt. It features a back-to-back SCR output configuration with a maximum on-state current of 10 Arms, control voltage range of 3–32 VDC, and a maximum line voltage of 140 Vrms with a minimum of 24 Vrms. The device provides 4 kV optical isolation between input and output, a turn-on time of 0.5 cycle maximum, and an on-state voltage drop of 1.6 Vpeak. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and thermal resistance (Rjb) of 1.8 °C/W, the G120D10 is well-suited for industrial automation, motor control, and power switching applications where reliable DC control of AC loads is required.
