DESCRIPTION

The 2455RCG80820705 is a non-adjustable, automatic reset thermostat from the 2455RC series, designed for high-temperature control applications. It features a normally-closed, single-pole single-throw (SPST) switch with silver alloy contacts that open when the temperature rises to its factory-calibrated set point. Housed in a ceramic base for operation up to 260°C, its temperature-sensitive bimetal disc provides an extremely rapid snap-action response. This device is rated for 100,000 life cycles with resistive loads up to 15A at 120 Vac. Its robust design makes it suitable for industrial equipment, power supplies, appliances, and HVAC systems.
