DESCRIPTION

The 311SM1 is a basic single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch. It requires a maximum operating force of 40 grams and has a minimum release force of 7 grams. This switch is rated for 5A at 250 VAC and can handle DC loads up to 5A (resistive) or 3A (inductive) at 30 VDC at sea level, with a maximum inrush current of 24A. Key mechanical characteristics include a minimum overtravel of 0.020 inches and terminals plated for soldering. With UL, CSA, KEMA, and CE approvals, it is a versatile component for various electronic and industrial control systems.
