DESCRIPTION

The HIH-4020-001 is a covered integrated circuit humidity sensor in a solderable Single In-line Package (SIP), designed for high-volume OEM users. It operates on a supply voltage from 4.0 Vdc to 5.8 Vdc and features a low typical current draw of 200 µA, making it ideal for battery-powered systems. The sensor utilizes a laser-trimmed, thermoset polymer capacitive sensing element with on-chip signal conditioning to deliver a near-linear voltage output. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and stable, low-drift performance, it is well-suited for various applications.
