DESCRIPTION

The MA243SAN is a passive, high-output industrial magnetic speed sensor designed for low impedance load applications. It provides a minimum output voltage of 60 Vp-p and has a coil resistance ranging from 120 to 162 Ohms. This sealed front-end sensor features a 76 mm thread length, an MS3106 connector, and is built to withstand a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 150°C. As a self-powered device that converts actuator speed directly to an output frequency, it is well-suited for rugged applications like engine RPM measurement and industrial process speed monitoring, especially where the sensor may be exposed to fluids or adverse environmental conditions.
