DESCRIPTION

The TBPDANS005PGUCV is a TBP Series basic board mount pressure sensor designed for measuring gage pressure. This sensor features a 0 psi to 5 psi gage pressure range and is housed in a DIP package with a single axial barbed port. It provides a compensated, unamplified millivolt output and includes a silicone gel coating in the media path, making it suitable for applications where condensation can occur. The device operates with a constant voltage supply over a temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C. This sensor is ideal for customers who want to perform their own amplification to leverage the maximum resolution of the bare sensor output. Common applications include medical devices like oxygen concentrators and blood pressure monitors, as well as industrial systems such as HVAC transmitters and pneumatic controls.
