DESCRIPTION

The H-3400 is a gearbox assembly designed as a replacement component for IDEAL cable cutting tools including the PowerBlade 750, Big Kahuna, and Merlin ACSR cutters. This assembly integrates a drive gear, torque arm, and folding handle to deliver mechanical advantage and controlled cutting force to the blade pair. The gearbox enables the cable cutters to efficiently cut through copper cable up to 1250 MCM, aluminum cable up to 1000 MCM, and ACSR cable up to 3/4 inch diameter with clean, professional-quality cuts. The assembly is engineered for durability in heavy-duty industrial applications involving large-diameter cable cutting, providing reliable power transmission and ease of operation across multiple cutting tool platforms.
