DESCRIPTION

The HS7A-DMC5902 is a non-contact magnetic safety interlock switch designed for guard door applications where positioning is critical. It features a 1NO + 1NC contact configuration with a 2m cable length and operates without an LED indicator, achieving safety category 4 (EN ISO 13849-1) when combined with proprietary IDEC safety relay modules such as the HR1S-DME. The switch has a compact size of 7 × 16 × 51 mm with an IP67 degree of protection, rated for 24V DC at 100 mA with a maximum operating frequency of 150 Hz and repeat accuracy of 10% maximum. It operates reliably across -25 to 85°C with shock resistance of 300 m/s² (11 ms) and vibration resistance of 100 m/s² (10–150 Hz), making it ideal for industrial safety applications requiring reliable non-contact detection on interlocked guard doors and access points.
