DESCRIPTION

The HW9Z-LS is a safety lever lock accessory designed for IDEC's HW Series 22mm IEC-style pushbuttons and pilot devices. This component is used in conjunction with contact block mounting adaptors to secure contact blocks to the operator, preventing heavy vibration or maintenance personnel from inadvertently unlocking contacts during operation or service. The safety lever lock is part of IDEC's comprehensive HW Series ecosystem, which includes pushbuttons, selector switches, and emergency stop switches with worldwide approvals (CE, UL, CSA, CCC, and TUV). It is recommended for use in industrial control applications where contact security and operational reliability are critical, particularly in environments subject to vibration or frequent maintenance access.
